The Grinter Glass studio creates one-of-a-kind pieces of art by hand blowing glass in Whangarei, New Zealand. Our main goal is to produce a diversity of forms and painterly glass art by employing the shard technique which create very unique and interesting abstract art on blown glass.

The glass is created by the team of Brendon Sole, master glass blower, assisted by trainees, Shirah Andrews and Sergio Bloemen. Keith runs the business and fills in with blowing when needed. 

Owner and Artist, Keith Grinter has applied years of studying and teaching art to create beautiful painted works, both on canvas and glass. These spectacular pieces can be viewed in studio, and around the country.  

You can come and whatch us blowing glass from 10am to 5pm every day except Wednesday, when we fill the furnace.
